2# PLAN & ESTIMATING
Following your showroom visit, we can arrange for a home measure to take place or alternatively, we can work from architects plans or builders measurements if required.
Using the latest 3D design software we will create a plan for your bespoke kitchen or bathroom. Our proposal for your design will be presented to you by the designer for you to confirm that it not only meets your preferences but exceeds your expectations.
Our Director of Installations will contact you to arrange a visit to your home to assess and discuss the fitting requirements and costings with you.
We will put all this together in a comprehensive quotation and discuss the timescales and deliveries of you project.
Finally, your kitchen or bathroom will be installed by our experienced fitters using leading grades of materials, fittings and construction techniques which is why all our Kitchen and Bathroom installations come with a 15 year after sales service.

WHAT WE DO?
15 Year After Sale Service Explained.
Every project we install automatically qualifies for our 15 year after sales service.
You must purchase the kitchen from us and it must be installed by us.
After that the service begins from the date you have signed the job off.
The service covers our installation and therefore does not cover items with their own guarantee (i.e. electrical appliances etc) these will be covered by the terms & conditions provided by the manufacturers and you must read and comply with the paperwork you will receive with these products.
What is does cover is the standard of workmanship of the installation. So if a door doesn't shut properly, a hinge or handle comes loose, then you call us and we will repair or replace, alter or adjust as necessary with free callout & labour and to your satisfaction as far as is physically possible, .
Regarding appliances (provided they are purchased from us) if they develop a fault (and cannot be repaired), we will remove and re-install the item(s) with free callout & labour.
If after a while you simply wish to replace or upgrade an item, we will remove and install the new product (provided it is purchased through ourselves) with free callout & labour.
